I have a long-term experience in consulting on disability-related issues such as workplace adaptation, disability awareness and preparing staff for working together with persons with disabilities and so on.
I create and lead disability awareness trainings. Beside that, I provide consulting on website and mobile apps accessibility for screen reader users. I assist in the creation of long lasting inclusion strategies at various business and government levels.
I am convinced that inclusion is the future!

About me
I am who I am. My type of person doesn't let me just stare and wait, although sometimes that's the best way. I always have goals to achieve and I'm always on the move.

I am also inspired by the people I meet along the way. There are a lot of people who are really committed and care about what they are doing. One of the great examples for me is Denise Roza. She is the CEO of an organisation for people with disabilities that I used to work for. I can also name MR. Bryan Bashin. He was the CEO of the Lighthouse for the Blind in San Francisco.

I get energy from my achievements. I would compare it to recharging a battery. I get very excited and ready to move on when I see that my work is helping others and the result can be measured and seen. And I certainly get energy from my family.
