Imprint Data Protection
1. General
This data protection declaration informs the user(s) of the website www.sid.co.at (hereinafter referred to as the "website") and other data subjects as defined by the Data Protection Act (DSGVO), in particular customers, about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by S.I.D. - Society.Inclusion.Diversity Communication agency for society-specific issues, AT 9020 Klagenfurt am Woerthersee.
Personal data are all data that contain individual details about personal or factual circumstances, for example name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, national insurance number, video recordings, photos, voice recordings of individuals as well as biometric data such as fingerprints. Sensitive data, such as health data or data related to criminal proceedings, may also be included.
2. Your Rights
Insofar as the lawfulness for a specific data processing is based on the consent of the data subject, this consent can be revoked at any time (also partially) by sending an e-mail to anita@sid.co.at or in writing to the contact address below (point 13).
Furthermore, every data subject has the right to information about his/her personal data, data portability, correction or deletion of personal data as well as the right to restrict or object to the processing of his/her personal data, provided that this does not conflict with legal confidentiality.
Finally, every user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at).
Notwithstanding the information on deletion given below for the individual data processing operations, no deletion shall take place insofar as the personal data to be deleted are used for other lawful processing operations (e.g. self-promotion) in accordance with this data protection declaration.
3. Data Security
Your personal data is protected by appropriate organisational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.
Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain an appropriately high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information which you disclose to us via the Internet or electronically may be viewed and used by other persons.
Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on email account or telephone).
4. Use of Data
We only collect personal data that is required for the performance and processing of services or other business transactions or that you have voluntarily provided to us.
Personal data will only be processed and transmitted by us in a lawful manner - in particular for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, due to overriding legitimate interests, due to a public interest or a legal obligation or on the basis of consent.
We will therefore not process the data provided to us for purposes other than those covered by the customer contract, other contracts or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. self-promotion in the sense of point 6). An exception to this is the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been anonymised.
5. Transmission of data to third parties
To fulfil your order, it may also be necessary to forward your data to third parties (e.g. cooperation partners, substitutes, service providers that we use and to whom we make data available, etc.). Your data will only be forwarded on the basis of the GDPR, in particular for the fulfilment of your order or on the basis of your prior consent.
6. Data Breach Notification
We strive to ensure that data breaches are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant supervisory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.
7. Data retention
We will not store data for longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual or legal obligations and for the defence against any liability claims, unless the data is processed for other legitimate purposes (e.g. self-promotion as defined in point 9). In the latter case, the data will be deleted after the purpose no longer applies.
8. Server Log Files
To optimise this website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your internet protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your internet service provider and date/time.
We do not combine this data with personal data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.
Furthermore, the short-term storage of the IP address of your terminal device is necessary for the provision of the website content. Your IP address will be deleted after you have finished using the website.
We only use the aforementioned data for statistical purposes.
9. Self-Promotion
In accordance with § 107 para 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO, we will permanently store the data "title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number" for our own advertising purposes and use it to send you offers and information about our services and offers by post or e-mail. You can object to the processing of your data for this purpose when it is collected and at any time thereafter by sending an e-mail to anita@sid.co.at.
10. User Requests
When contacting us (for example via the contact form on this website or by e-mail), the following information is stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise: Salutation, first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number and data concerning the enquiry.
